Yes.....so does Aetna ,United Health,Scott and White...about the only two now that do not is Cigna and Humana....and trying to talk a client into an extra $150 more a month with out a cap is a up hill battle these days.....sadly its come down to monthly prem. and what the client can afford or willing to pay....and if you do not show theses plans someone else will....

Doesn't Bcbstx have a $3 or $5k max on RX on all of their plans?

Caps on meds in MD: Kaiser, BX, Coventy, Mamsi, Aetna, etc...if you want to only write coverage that doesn't cap meds you'll end up selling cars.
