POS Issues With Clients

Transient Ischemic Attack, or mini-stroke.

Typically, the effects are minimal when compared to a full stroke.

The people I see that have had them complained of light numbness in the arm, partial blindness for a period of time.

Then why does your flag say Florida? All this time I was thinking you also worked my area. :skeptical:

Nevertheless, if you're having a problem with POS then use a company that doesn't have one, like Monumental, SNL, or 5Star (optional). If they're that uneducated then they won't know their premium is a tad higher than others anyway.

Who doesn't understand the health questions? The client or is the interviewer not understanding the client over the phone? If the client doesn't understand them when you ask them then they're not eligible to enter into a binding contract. "Competent parties" is a requirement to enter into any contract.

Yea well if there is any thing that looks iffy on the app and doesnt line up with MIB the first thing SNL is gonna do is call the PI for a phone interview AFTER YOU HAVE LEFT THE HOUSE.

John with snl there graded is basically almost a GI and 30% more expensive than gerber. The only reason to write is higher comp and no charge backs for early deaths. My question is if you answer yes to 1 or 2 of the last few questions were it makes it a graded policy with crappy rop and 10% and you state that's what you want up front do you really have to fill in all the meds?i can't believe snl checks the mib and rx if you state you want graded up front on the app . Do they ?

Yep, and to correct you, its not 2 answered yes it can actually be up to 3 answered yes. The application instructions are incorrect, this was confirmed to my by Tommy with SNL. And why wouldnt they check it and require it on a graded app? Its not GI, they do have to qualify and they can be denied just like any other level. Gerber sux.

Yes it's not GI but the premium is higher than done gi's and the first 2 yrs benefits the same. Really outside being in hospital in last 30 days and aids it's near a GI.interesting one can answer yes to 3 questions. So if they do there mib and rx check and see inconsistencies were they'd do a pi interview for a policy asking for preferred I can't believe for graded were one can answer yes to 3 questions they'd do a pi? Truthfully the only reason to write snl graded is for someone super sick were you don't want chargeback and also some needs direct express.

SNL is perfect for:

a) The REALLY healthy, or
b) Sick, but not that Sick.

I think SNL would fare better with a middle-ground, graded or rated-up full coverage product like Americo and Transamerica offers.

Those are actually 3 reasons to write them, thanks for agreeing with me and making my point for me;) Try to do all 3 of those with ANY GI carrier, with the exception of the new NGL product, but they are high high high.

Readen don't understand by you saying you can't write someone super sick with snl? With 3 yes's could write someone bedridden, copd using oxygen. John I'm licensed with ngl. What new product are you referring to?
