Preferred except for Pacemaker

Im a Medicare guy and do some FE but not enough to know the fine points.

Put 70 year old n/s woman into GIWL two years ago due to stroke. Now she has had two years of good health was going to put her in SNL Preferred----but she JUST had a pacemaker put in which bumps her rate to about the same as with the GIWL

Any FE firms that would not bump her out of Preferred for Pacemaker?

Its a heart or circulatory surgery. You are looking at modified and GI no matter what you do given how recent it was.

She just had a pacemaker, she's not preferred.

I struggle to think of anyone who would accept a pacemaker within 2 years for immediate coverage. Aetna will take it graded after 12 months as long as there is no diabetes as well. Trinity/FBLIC will also do graded after 12 months.
