$31 cost-per-lead for LTCi is good. I've got some pretty detailed cross-agency data on this and generally see PPC leads come in at 1.5-2x that $ amount. Ultimately, the cost per sale is what matters and the data I have shows that the cost-per-sale actually goes up significantly as cost-per-lead goes down (I can FLOOD you with $20 PPC leads that will never close).

That is really interesting and insightful. I would love to learn more. I know zero about how PPC works.

Some companies don't charge for web design and set up, in exchange for higher monthly "hosting" fees. For many agents, that might be the best initial option.

I don't follow your math. 50 words only = one page if you're writing in 42-point font.
