Even if it wasn't Thad, I'd be very leery of $15 FE leads. Put them together and you're just throwing money away. Sure it is only $300, but still throwing it away.
As to the question about wholesale, anyone selling them would be glad to sell them in bulk, but you'd have to agree to buy in bulk. Meaning hundreds of leads a week with basically no returns. I dare say, the average agent can't begin to comprehend no returns, much less buying hundreds of leads a week over a regional or nationwide basis.
