Production !!!!

Gentlemen do you think it is a realistic goal to write 100$ in monthly premium 4 to 5 days a week. That is the production goal for 2013. Can it be done?
 
depends... how many leads you are running, which carriers you are writing. May or may not be possible.
 
It can be done!!! But wouldn't be easy. Depending on your closing ratio you would have to figure out how many presentation you would need.

Let's say your average premium is $40 to $50. And you usually close 50% of your presentations. That means you would have to do at the very least 5 presentations a day.

Go over your numbers and figure out how many leads/presentations you need and set your goals!!!

Are you saing you want to write $1200 ap in a 4-5 day week or do you want to write $1200 ap per day and do it for 4 -5 days per week?

$1200 ap per week in 4-5 days is easily doable. $4800-6000 ap per week is not easy or evena a reasonable expectation.

You are talking $250,000 to $300,000 ap per year in FE. You can count on one hand the agents doing that across the country.
 
Right now I am working very part time and am doing about 2500 per week in ap. I think this can be done with 60 dm response cards a month with referrals and lead lists. I come from the old Combined Ins. Co. direct sales methods and after all these years the system is still very effective. I will cold call off lead list not on phone but door knock. Will let you know how it goes.

One more thing I need a program or phone app that will help me map out my leads. Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Well you asked if we thought it was a "realistic goal?". And "can it be done?".

That's two questions. It is not a realistic goal. Can it be done? Yes, a very few FE agents do it.

EFES has over 1000 FE agents on the lead program. 2 of them did those numbers last year. I don't know how many agents Securus has but I believe only 1 hit those production numbers last year.

I'm not talking about agency numbers. I agent going out and writing north of $250,000 ap personal business.

I know people are big on saying one should set goals and I suppose that's true but it also needs to be a reachable goal. I could say my goal is to write $1 mil in ap this year but it's so far out there that it becomes dumb to have a goal like that.

But if your mind is mind is made up why ask for opinions?
 
2500 a week part time cold door knocking? Most full time agents don't produce this. Microsoft streets and trips can map your leads
