Progressive is such a nightmare to deal with. My last quote with them, they screwed up twice, even though I insist on only dealing with supervisors. The one before that was ok, but the one before that they totally screwed up and lied to me about the filings each of the 3 times I checked, double checked, and triple checked with them. 3 major mistakes on their part on the last 3 policies I wrote with them. Not a good ratio.
I only write with them when I have to. Generally I avoid them at all costs.
