To qualify for Obamapool (PCIP) you have to be uninsured for 6 months.

How do you prove a negative? How does HHS prove you were not insured?

Is this like Geithner and the other cabinet members? Can you just say you paid your taxes and be done with it or will someone challenge it?

Likewise, can you just say you didn't have insurance and let it go? How will they prove you had insurance? What lengths will they go to to prove you lied on the app?

Then what? They go on the 6 o'clock news claiming the govt wrongly cancelled their health insurance? How many Congressional hearings on wrongful termination just because you were sick? Do you think Dim's would jump all over that?
