I think it was spyware or a plugin or something else. Not really too worried about SEO at the moment. It's my wife doing it and she is mainly working with friends, family and referrals. If things get rolling then maybe we will change hosts and build our own site.

Not a designer but something like a Wix.com with drag and drop Flash may work down the line then I can work on some SEO. Thanks for the feedback!

Bob will have his own opinions, but I think wordpress is great.

Pick a Wordpress theme. Easy to use. Free ones are a bit more challenging but for $100 or less you can get a solid one like the Genesis line.
