Recruiting FE Agents

I just checked my website and compared it to a list I printed recently. Looks like the best line up I can get is Amer Cont, Foresters, Kemper, MoO, Monument. I haven't seen where graded is allowed in my state. I feel it would be to my benefit to pick up Five Star and Americo from what I've seen on here.

Todd King has a good IMO. He can set up an agent with decent contracts,training.........Good guy.

Why is LH at the top of the $ chart in FE if their system for agents is a failed model ? How many indy guys out here in FE got their start at LH or SL and have goods things to say about starting off at either one of these places ?

Who's chart are they at the top of?

They are a huge recruiting machine. A revolving door of agents. But what do they have? 5% of the FE market? 95% buys elsewhere?

They don't seem to be successful for agents. They are successful for the upline managers. They are successful at making a profit selling leads to their agents. Do you know of any actual agents that make six figures there making a living off their own sales (not down line over rides?)

I'm sure there are a few. But no way they have the number of successful agents that could compare to the independent FE agents.

I don't know where you are at or how you chose them, but yes 5-Star and Americo are much better choices. Settlers and Lafayette are good to have too. I'd get Gerber for the GI stuff (contracting for them takes months though.)

Yes, I am ready to make five figures a year selling Finale Expense. :nah:
Five, count 'em, FIVE figures! All joking aside: it IS a little better than the typical "our new agents make 250k first year" BS that most try to pitch. Kinda refreshing to hear "what could YOU do with 10 thousand dollars this year?".... Lol

Also, I believe Finale Expense is circus insurance.

If you are know what you are doing and have the right carriers and Leads your in the $$. Our agents speak with over a hundred prospects a month.
You get a hundred requests for circus insurance each month? I'd never even heard of Finale Expense before today. It is possible though that I don't "are know what I are doing". Not trying to beat you up, but you do realize you're the next in a long looooooong line of companies that swear amazing results for their agents. Maybe just double check that ALL of your agents make 100k.

Your statement, Shalle, was "all our agents make 100k. All BS aside, what do you make?" So, tins told you. And when that parked you in the corner, you say it's not about measurable numbers. That's odd.

And before you ask, I happened to make FIVE figures last year, thank you very much.

New member. I have a question? if you make so much money, why do you need to post on this forum? FYI, My family members are Old Guard Goldman Sachs partners. They never flaunt their wealth. So what is your purpose here?
Are you looking to enlist agents for over ride purposes ?
