Referral Programs?

Yeah, this was poorly put. I send letters all the time as well, especially in the form of a bill ;)

It's a time and expense thing, though I understand it's truly an investment. In reality, I know who will refer business to me, and I focus on those individuals. At the same time, I know I'm leaving some stones unturned.

At present, I'm not so worried about it, which is really the issue. I have more quote requests coming in than I can keep up with (what a problem to have). Keep in mind, this is a little easier problem to have in P&C than in health. Once I get some new staff on board, I'll be pushing the referral program a bit harder.

I am in a similar situation. Is there some sort of method or threshold when adding an employee may increase profits?

I have serious doubts about my ability to manage employees. Part of why I'm independent is because I was tired of watching people do nothing and get paid the same as I did.

Do you have any employees now?
