They lose me with the purchasing across state lines crap.... sorry as a professional if you don't know how your premiums are priced yet.... well should you be selling the product?

let's just adopt the Clinton plan that has been used in WA for the past 22 years. All the bugs were cleaned up in the first 6 years and conservatives don't even know that they were insured under it and wanted it over the ACA.

GA passed legislation a few years ago (2012, 2013?) allowing carriers to sell health insurance across state lines. Not a single carrier filed to offer their products here. The legislator that sponsored the bill, a P&C agent, was shocked.

If the typical talking points won't lower cost what will?
