Revealing My Experience with Securus

I am in the middle of trying to resolve a very difficult situation with Securus. I have seen threads where others have wanted to share their experiences or what they know about Securus. I refrained from responding other than once, (a very positive response at that time.) In a day or two, I will begin posting a series of emails and tell you guys a story that will be a real eye opener concerning this company. Stay tuned, you'll learn a great deal.

Securus could probably be a good organization if you could just trust them to do what they say they can or will do. To bad that just doesn't seem to be the case.

You are right. It's amazing at how they treat you while recruiting you compared to how things go once you've signed on the dotted line.
