What use can I have in using Royal Neighbors, Foresters and 5-star as companies for FE or mortgage protection...What are they known for in the industry? Who are they easy to write for and not recommended for? any input is much appreciated...

It's all right in the application. Just study the health questions closely.
If the app says "been treated for cancer in the last 24 months" then that product is good for people that have not been treated with 24-months and 1-day or longer, etc.
I think you are contracted with us aren't you? You can easily look up any health conditions on the fexcontracting website and see how each company approves it.

I don't know about mortgage protection, but that's a decent FE lineup... I'd say add Monu & Americo (for smokers) & a GI like Vantis and you're set.
I do carry with me Foresters term app too cause u can do F/U or Simplified Issue with the same app.

Get contracted with them. They are not too proud to take an agent from Cali. ha
