OK, I stand corrected. depends on the face amount. But maybe also Cincinnati. They will be tough to beat on premium. Age last.
Without more information its kind of hard to recommend a certain solution. Personally I like the TransAce UL from TransAmerica. It has a MSE (multiflex surrender endorsement) that allows 100% return of premium or 33% face at the 15th, 20th, or anytime after the 25th policy anniversary. It's a GUL that can solve other issues as well such as with their LTC rider. Might be worth looking at.
