At least I think that's where I'm headed. Going to beautiful downtown Gatlingburg for a few days.

About a 100 miles out right now. Staying till sunday. Group of 10 just going for a little R&R.

There are alot of peacocks there....The Bird variety.....I hear they taste like chicken.

The birds there will get you a vacation at Club Fed.

They have a very nice exhibit of rehabilitated bald eagles. All of them were injured to the extent they can no longer be released back into the wild.

I'd warn JD to watch out for the blue hairs as Dollywood is very popular with them this time of year. But I understand JD now qualifies for a senior discount himself?

Hope you have a great time.. This is the Gospel Music celebration at Dolywood so if you like Southern Gospel they will have some great shows.

Unfortunately I am not very far away today. My wife had surgery and we are the hospital in Koxville.. She will probably not get to go home before Sunday.

Todd and P&cmi.. Thanks... This one has been a little more rough on her than she expected... When they took her gallbladder out it was day surgery and she went home, baked and decorated 20 cakes that evening... This time they did a colon resection (yesterday) and she has had a tremendous amount of pain. Don't think she will do a lot of work for a few days after she gets to go home.​
