Hmmmmm.. This post indicates soem are unhappy with the RNA changes and another coupel address the unhappiness with the 5Star changes.. In both posts it seems some people are going to quit using them ... at least for "goto" companies... So, what company is going to be lucky enough to start picking up all that new business?

Kinda like digging around in a pile of dirty laundry for the cleanest shirt to wear...

I do not disagree, in fact, I think it will dramatically decrease in the short run. Especially after today, my business partner wrote one this morning by voice. It took 40 minutes.

The operator sounded like a newb and they still wasted 6 minutes reading the MIB disclosures even after confirming that the insured received it from the agent.... That is BS.

Also, be prepared.... they want tbe banking info before asking the medical questions and doing MIB/RX and getting an offer.... if they get declined or graded the client will get upset that they gave out their banking before the offer.

I can see where that would be a huge problem. Not for me though. I won't do the voice signature thing.

I wrote a couple this morning. Would have been a natural for RNA.The wife did not want to give her weight and neither wanted to do a phone interview.

But, even though I did not have to do RNA phone interviews because I was part of the elite agent group in this case I would have done one because it was a replacement and they needed an answer.

I did not have time for a 45-50 minute interview nor did they. Wrote them with Trinity. Total time on the phone was 14 minutes for both and both approved. Trinity was less expensive than RNA as well.

Then I wrote 2 more Trinity apps at another stop. Those were FU and wouldn't have gone to RNA anyway because they were $10,000 face. RNA, in another brilliant move 3 years ago, made the minimum face $25,000 on their FU.

RNA simply cannot have the combination of being higher priced, a fraternal and now difficult to work with. Whomever thinks that's a good combination is a complete ***.
