maybe you have experience with this. I just had a PHI ordered with Monumental due to a MIB hit. Have you ever had the PHI completed and get this overturned with Monu? My experience with MIB hits is that their is no overturning those things unless you work with MIB.

Every PHI that has been with Monumental for my clients has resulted in an approved application. They haven't done that many but none have been declined. A couple have been changed fom preferred to standard.

The PHI that Monumental does is long and intrusive. Warn your client about that.

Yeah I have witnessed a PHI by them. Its horribly long and detailed. This is just the first time one is being done due to MIB check. My others were some Rx issues and they had to clear it up and they ended up being fine.

I helped a client call back on one. The PHI Nazi was annoyed that I was the one that made the call for the client. She also said that I had to leave the room during the call. I could her ask several times if I was still in the room.
