Sales Training Course???

Hi everyone,
I just got my license and wanted to see if there was a sales training course for new/existing agents?
I know there is the online stuff, but I was wanting to know if someone knew of a "in person" type class offered by an insurance company or some other type institution?

Seems like there are some associations you can join and we even have a few guys who are willing to train you for a few grand.

The associations (IHIAA, ILIAA) are worthwhile as are some of the offers from folks like the goat man (Frank).

Sorry for not being more specific.

I am going into P&C for now.

I heard of a 2 week "in house" class that basically takes you through a step by step process that will teach you what you need so you can "hit the ground running" as opposed to learning on the job over the next year.

However, the person who told me about this class can't remember who offered it...
So that is why I'm asking here to see if anyone knows of a class like this?
