I don't see what's impressive about that. Guy comes across as the normal marketing blowhard..
Parts of it are, but some of it isn't. The guy directly asks what the real objection is and talks him through the math. A great number of agents (or other sales people for that matter) don't do that. "They said they're not interested". Great, what made you fill out the card. HE didn't let him get away with squirming out and that's kind of a big deal.
OK, that's good to do but I bet those deals all fell through later.
