I agree with you, Peeler. If you are just putting your plan in place now, you are already behind. Marketing to old leads and clients and their friends should have started about 1-2 months ago. You should be reaching out to them monthly with relevant content about what their options are.

Knock out your existing book in Aug/Sept and start working referrals/leads in October.

My only concern is the amount of people who will just take the penalty and no coverage. Is there really a stick for forcing people to purchase? Not that I have seen yet (the penalty is a joke).
