Yes, I'm sure he quit. He told me two weeks ago he was quitting. he sent emails this weekend asking for releases. FEX grants releases. So, yes, that's a quit.

Scott did make a dumb comment about a possible termination but that's all that was, a dumb comment.

I like JG. He's a firnd and will continue to be a friend. I wish him well wherever he ends up. And he will tell you that's exactly what I said to him when he informed me he was considering leaving FEX.

You can continue to try and make hay from a non issue all night if you wish but it will still be a non issue.

I would challenge you find even 1 agent that's left FEX that wasn't given a full release.

The emails to Scott asked for ONE release! Period. He is your friend, ask him. Scott said any companies not moved will be termed! Now I'm pretending? I am speaking the facts. It's not an attack at you, I have no problem with you. Just don't see how this is turned around on me when an agent asks to move his SNL to me and gets told he has to move all his companies.

I really could care less. This was done in a public forum, so I commented on what I read on the Forum. Seemed to me that somebody over reacted...you decide who. If someone doesn't want touchy questions asked, maybe they shouldn't do this here.
