Selling for Multiple IMO/FMO'S

He asked FEX for full releases and you know it. You can pretnd all you want. Just makes you a pretender. Plus, no where in this thread was he told he was or had been terminated.

And he's had contracts with other IMO's the whole time he has been with FEX. You know that too.

Again, continue to pretend. As far as your veiled attacks towards me and what I think of any company, you are just mjisinformed or telling lie. I can't which it is with you. I know which one I believe.

John I've got to comment now. I never asked for full released until this evening way way way after Scott threatened to term me or move everything. I never once ever ever mentioned moving anything right now but SNL, was I considering it?... Yes heavily, but the truth is the truth I am being forced to move all contracts from fex because I asked for a release from one carrier, by the way Boman was bcc on each email I sent to Scott, I had a feeling that some bs might come up so I covered my little Irish butt, again, I never asked for a full release from fex for any carrier other than SNL, that's all I asked for.

You're right! JD only uses products with UK logos on it. That is high comedy right there. However, the lesson here, that I have learned, is in life when people show you who they are you better believe it!

That goes for everyone... especially JD! That's why consider him such a good friend and a role model for me... Plus I would even trust him with my Bath and Body works products and my Clinique face wash. :)

Careful, he might slip some horse shampoo in on you.

Damn! FE seems like fun. Is it too late for me to give up medicare and start selling FE?

If so, anyone have an idea where I can get contracts and maybe training. Leads would be nice also but what I really want is a weekly call.

Rick
Ben Ben he's your man if he can't recruit you no one can lololol

Just out of curiosity, I was told that snl contracted direct and there really wasn't any wiggle room for top producers to get higher comp by going through an imo.
This was reconfirmed, in passing, by another agent on the forum . So what's all the fuss about moving an snl contract.

Further more, if someone here has an snl high comp for an agent with proven production. I am all ears. Pm me

Only one was requested. But an FMO has a right to request a release from an agent just like an agent has a right to request a release from an FMO. I don't understand the outrage. Both parties have to want to do business together. I didn't take your statements in this thread to put much value on the relationship and I wasn't interested in keeping it going either. Saying I would give you time to transfer and would term any that you don't want to transfer was not meant as an insult. It's the same as an agent requesting a release if the FMO was one that didn't give releases his next option is to term his contracts. Same thing.

I've had two Vector notices this week about agents that I didn't even know had contracts under me anymore. So I was just making the point that I want a clean break.

A bad FMO either wouldn't release at all or would screw with your contracts. All I'm asking is that you make a fresh start elsewhere. If that makes me a bad guy, then I'm a bad guy. Seems fair to me.

Well ok.... if that is your interpretation of what went down, but anyone who gets this far in the thread can go back and re read it from the beginning and see I'm not misinterpreting or misstating anything. Again have a happy Thanksgiving and a merry Christmas, I wish you much success in the future.

Is it adviseable to sell for more than one IMO/FMO? There are a few products not offered by my IMO and I would like to have them as an option to better serve the customer.

It's probably best to work with a few IMO's because as you can see from this thread sometimes things do not work out.

Also, get the open release in writing and signed

Don't accept what someone says on an internet chat forum as "their policy".

As you can see, you might have to go there publicly to get the release.

Your signature says you "have the best FE leads on the planet." If that is true, why are you looking for price per lead DM leads if you already have the best leads on the planet?

Here, lemme school ya/ answer your question!

Galt has TM leads... you can only get so many in a given area!

With direct mail leads, you can get a lot more in the same given area!

Lemme spell it out a little better!

He obviously can't get enough of "the best leads on the planet" and needs some of the same leads you called and asked me about last year! lol

Do you remember speaking with Doug in Florida about an ad I was running offering Street Level contracts and $26 Leads in Georgia and the Carolinas?

I assume you are Greg from Senior Life? :embarrassed:

I am Greg and I do write for Sr. Life. I don't remember speaking with you, but if you said I did I believe it. I'm always fascinated with different types of lead generation, parameters, results, etc.

I'm sure I was inquiring about your lead responses, parameters, etc. as I have a much higher contract than street and not looking for any other carriers, especially at just street %.

Good, no great job, on your production.
