Moz does not have a regular forum you can post in. You need to be a member and pay 99 a month. It's not a forum layout, more of a QA system.

Actually the Warrior forum has a whole section called the Offline forum which is for local SEO. But be careful with G+ Local advice there. Many are more internet marketing types, not Local search specialists so they don't always keep up with Google's changing rules. Still some good info there.

But the leading forum for local search advice is my "Local Search Forum". Not here to self promote, but it would be very helpful for you guys.
Every single Google update, change and bug is posted there by many of the top leaders in the industry plus we discuss ranking tips and tricks all the time. It's huge with tons of posts so a little hard to get through, but if you grab the RSS feed you can stay on top of new tips and tricks as they are posted.

It's on Vbulletin like this one, so the features should be somewhat familiar.
