Is the effective date for an Off MKT SEP (birth of child) the same across the board with all insurance companies or can they set their own rules?
In my experience, it's all the same across the board.

It was confirmed by an ins rep this morning that Off Mkt the insurance company can basically set their own rule for this....go figure!
