Site Upgrade & Facelift Coming Up This Weekend! (Sunday, October 8th)

Just FYI - the 'political' non-insurance forum allows for 'likes' which was turned off in the past to avoid political 'piling on'. You might want to change that.

Thanks for report.
Fixed.

What happened to the state people are in? Insurance law and products are state specific. Knowing a members state is very important in conversation. It was an extremely helpful feature to display a members state in the profile preview beside a post.

Also, when a post is quoted, the members name in the quoted post is small and blends into the backgound, especially on the mobile version. It would be nice for it to be bold and show more contrast and be easier to see.

Both are completed.
Thanks for your valuable feedback

I also don't see people's signature. I could on the app, but not through the mobile browser.

I haven't had the app in over a year (since one of the IOS upgrades) and I know my activity has decreased by about 75%.

If everyone else just lost that ability, I think the activity will go downhill fast. I can already tell a post on the FE forum that should be to at least page 3/4 based off the content is still stuck at 5 posts.

On the desktop version, the Grammarly browser plug-in is currently causing major issues when trying to type a post. It actually moves my cursor to a different space. Ive used this plugin for a while now and on many different sites. Never had this issue before.

When highlighting text in the typing box, it is very sensitive. Highlighting one line is easy. But trying to highlight 2 lines makes it highlight the entire post.

On a good note, the "undo" button is awesome. (and helpful with the highlighting quirk)
The overall look is modern and slick.

Mobile version:
Tried it last night. Frustrating experience compared to the app.

- Had to click multiple times on some links to get them to work. (I have a Nexus 6)

- Some banner ads are causing issues with the responsiveness and scale of the page.

- Quotes are very hard to read on mobile version.

- I dont like how it seems to be built with the articles in focus and not the actual forum and its posts. A lot of the navigation focuses on the articles and not getting you back to the actual forum. I found myself trying to get back to the forum and only finding links to the articles or initial homepage (that shows the articles).

With the app, it took us straight to the page we want to get to... immediately. And we just had to hit the back button on the phone to get back to that page. Its focus was on making posts. The "mobile version" does not focus on what we come here to do. (not really a mobile version just a responsive site that scales down the normal site).

(I just had to turn off Grammarly to finish this post. That is going to be a real big issue if I cant post with my normal browser plugins activated)

I just tested Grammarly on my end and in fact I also have it installed and I can't see any issues with it.

The last Chrome version certainly broke a lot of javascript and I don't know if it's the case on your end. Are you on the last version of Chrome or earlier?
