Many companies have different rules for different marketing groups. Nothing new or out of the ordinary.

The only thing that matters is quality production. If you have the production, you'll get whatever you want.

So yes, SNL is allowing their product to be sold over the telephone, and someone tattling on the call center wont get anywhere since the carrier is well aware of the arrangement.

As soon as they were notified, they dealt with the situation.
Unlike others that I have dealt with, SNL actually does business in an up front and ethical manor.
If you want, I can easily expand on my dealings with unethical call centers.

I can assure you they didn't want that one selling their product. By phone or any other way. That call was comical.

First he was selling SNL by phone which isn't allowed.

Second he stated that SNL will give me non-smoker rates even though I smoke 7 cigars per day. I verified this with him multiple times.

Third he also stated multiple times that SNL had the highest AM Best rating in the insurance business.

He was just terrible and unprofessional in every way. No company wants these type of agents representing their product. He was shut down.

Right. The issue was the clean sheeting and the outright lies. Whether it was in person or by phone is not the problem.
