Sr. Life Agent Sets New Company Record...$74,877.72 for August!

I really don't understand all the negativity over this thread. Perhaps you don't care for Senior Like.. OK. Or maybe you have a problem with Greg... OK. But not to acknowledge what an outstanding production job this agent has performed with a "job well done" is puzzling. If it were anyone else, with any other company, everybody would be doing handstands shouting, "WOW! that is a fantastic job of production."

I don't understand the negativity either. This was quite an accomplishment. The negativity is coming from Noah and tikibarrister....Todd's top 2 producers? I'm not really surprised though. Those guys follow me around this forum looking for arguments...lol.

Losers try to discredit the accomplishments of the winners. And winners congratulate the accomplishments of other winners. That's always true.

Here is another:

Joey's weekly production record was broken last month by a young lady who's been with Sr Life about a year. And this is her 1st rodeo in the FE arena. Looks to me like Sr Life has a system where a person can put up some incredible numbers, as long as they put forth the "grind".

@BibH

I have not been replaced in years. That I am aware of.

I regularly get calls for coverage and referrals. 4 this week. I am getting licensed in Illinois for 4 deals I need to write off of a request. Yeah, they ask me to write them. Reviewing 4 inforce policies that a Large FE IMO sent me. All for written F2F. So far all my communications with the wife has been by email. I will drive to Monterey and spend a couple days there if I need to do F2F. But probably can do it all electronically. Current Premium is about $400 replacement premium will probably be $500-$600mo. Not counting the new policies on the adult kids and her parents. Also need to renew Texas again for an FE deal.

I can do it by phone or F2F. Because I have that skill set.

So all you F2F killer replacement guys need to get in my houses before you get a shot a my people. I do promise not to prospect your leads, but if they call me or their sister refers me..... Hey, what can I do?

Got to go, my phone is ringing.

$74,000 in a month? Whenever I see something like this I can't help but think hmm I'm good at this and I've been doing this for awhile and I don't know many people that have even come close to that. So I have to think, have they found something new? (Which I doubt) or are they doing something unethical? I would assume they are writing or replacing in situations I wouldn't.

$75,000 in 4 weeks? Unless they wrote some crazy large policies in that I just don't believe it and I'm usually first to jump on the whooorayyyy train

Yeah, a lot of details are missing. Not saying it can not be done. just a lot of details missing.

Yea, but the basics are he worked just over 300 leads, he's Hispanic, and he worked 7 days a week. Those 3 ingredients right there is a pretty potent formula.

He's been #1 or #2 pretty much every month.

If the Hispanic part is that he worked that market, that is a strong market for me as well. Loyal, Sticky business, larger policies, everyone in the house gets covered, strong referrals. and good food.

That may be part of the equation. Here's the other part:

$74,000 /$740 AP = 100 policies issued for the month. 100/30=3.33 policies issuing per day if working 7 days per week. 3.33 policies per day is not that unbelievable if grinding 10-12 hours a day.

What is exceptional is he went at a very steady pace for 30 days straight without a break along with 300+ leads. That shows me the "grind" is the most important part of this equation, along with fresh TV leads just a few minutes old.

74,000/300 leads = $246.66 PPL (premium per lead). That's like averaging $4933 production per 20 leads. That's a rather high PPL, which means his closing % is higher than average and/or he got additional sales (referrals....the whole family) from his leads.

The previous monthly production record was about $66,000 and was set by a Hispanic guy as well and he is 71 I believe. Yes 71. If anyone up here is bilingual or Hispanic and needs an opportunity working Hispanic TV leads, Hispanic face book leads, Hispanic DM leads. Call me.
