I hear ya Tom. Noah and Tiki remind me of those protesters we see on TV... rioting, screaming, breaking windows, setting cars on fire, and stomping on the American flag. I didn't say they are out there doing that....but they sure remind me of them.

If they spent as much time working leads as they spend up here trolling me they would probably be happier.

You can't get a true picture from those figures. Take Wino for example, a large percentage of his posts were made in the days before the posts could be "liked". Also, quite often a like on a post has nothing to do with the post providing information of value. Quite of the post that is liked is nothing more than silly banter between members.... Ads entertainment value but little more.

Let me help you. The correct way to calculate this useless info is: whoever has the highest # of posts since "likes" came into play is the dominant (though not only) factor that comes into play, with "like %" second. Kinda like whoever works the most leads gets the most "yesses", with closing % second.

The date agents started would come into play only if the agents posted at the exact same rate as well as posted their 1st post on the same date.
