Seems like a waste of time, money, and effort to me. Do you really want to get in the door with the majority of folks that need renters? Their limited asset bases make everything about price (usually).
Didn't say it would be exclusive but for the home service agency I am leaving it did get us in a lot of doors in subsidized housing. They used a simple 30 second survey and usually resulted in one or two sales for about an hours door knocking.
