Have a contract with them but have never used them. Have noticed they seem to be a lost cost leader at many ages. Pros and Cons of using them? How about their under age 50 product? Underwriting niches for both products? Ease of doing business with? All information appreciated.
 
The product is almost a clone of Oxfords. They will go way off track during POS, esp of the prospect starts volunteering info when they dig.
 
They have a good product. Like Hoosier said they can go off script some times. The main reason I stopped writing them is when a client has a nsf they instantly charge back your advance. They don't give you any time to try and correct it and keep the advance. They seem like a real mom and pop outfit.
 
Instant chargebacks on NSF’s are a HUGE pet peeve. I found a sweet spot with LBL to avoid that. They have a comission option where they won’t release comission til the first premium clears.
