Very, very strict underwriting. And service is non existent.

When you talk to them it’s like a mom and pop operation and mom and pop don’t like each other.

They are on par with SNL on agent and client service.

The juice is not worth the squeeze.

Thanks, that's good to know, the rates looked too good to be easy UW. Of course the CS is almost equally important in this market.

The two I've written this week, both changed the amounts they wanted, after the app was in process; one went up from $12k to $20K and the other went down from $25K to $20K.

This problem was solved with a phone call. So with Std. Life, that wouldn't be an easy fix?
