Starting in Final Expense

Insurance companies never make the contracts to help us out. Lots of hidden stuff in them.

You always got to make sure you are vested from day 1.

I was reading one the other day if they owe you less than 700 bucks a year, they wont pay you.

Sometimes I feel like I need my lawyer present when I'm filling out some of these contracts.

I had a lawyer look at one I signed with a popular company around the forums and their claim that they didn't have to pay me if the renewals dropped below $250/mo. He said they were legally correct, but that it would have taken a lawyer at signing to have understood it that way.

I suppose we should have an attorney look at every contract before we sign it. He has looked at all my current ones and hasn't found anything like that in any of them.

Who was the company?

Equita final expense?

That is a great question. There our hundreds of groups out there selling final expense. Just like you when I started out I had no idea which way to go. I got burned a few times on a lot of different things. The group I am with now I have been here for three years. Why agents love us is because: 1 We have our own print shop. This is huge because we let you pick the zip codes you want to work. Your leads our generally 3-5 days old. 2. The more biasness you write, the cheaper your leads get. My average agent pays $15 a lead. 3. We work with five of the top final expense carriers in the industry. 4. We have some of the best contracts in the industry. We will start you off at 85 percent. 5. After you pre pay for your first set of leads, we will then give you ten days to run the leads befor we charge you. I can go on and on, there is no perfect company out there, but we our prety dang close.
