I do take applications from individuals without a checking account. But very rarely. I don't mind doing it with Presidential, because I get paid when the client makes a payment. So if they don't pay, I don't have any chargebacks. Also, I look at this way. If I am in the house, I will do everything I need to do to make a sell. If that means running them down to the bank and opening an account, then that is what I do. Also, when you are presented with those objections, ask for a daughter or other relative to run the bank draft through. If all else fails, then run them down the to the local gas station and get the money order.

I used to use Unity Life because they didn't rate up smokers. Unfortunately the do not take any more business.

Senior - Most companies are in the process or currently have phased out "special" smoker rates. There used to be some very affordable rates out there for smokers, not the case anymore. But if a new company announces special smoker rates, jump on it, and carry them until they figure out they are losing there back side and drop it.

Mailers currently - spend around $1000 a week. But Frank has convinced me to switch to lists. He said he would make my appointments off of the lists if I would pay him the $1000....
