Startup Costs For Telesales

Yep and are also free to contract under the best IMO....

True. Everyone is free to choose.

I'm not an IMO, but I recruit for an IMO and have contracts with several IMO's.

2020 will be a great year for Tele-Sales.

OK - so you recruit. Then I assume you understand who the talent is at your IMO?

It's not the recruiter...it's not the head of servicing...it's not the President or even the CEO.

It's the TOP agents - they're the talent. That's why at ANY national sales meeting in any industry - the CEO/President is always sucking the b@11z of their top salespeople/agents..

I looked you up and see who you recruit for. You should be bending over backwards to do whatever it takes to attract and retain top talent. If a simple strategy of "providing leads at cost" doesn't seem like it makes sense to you...then I wish you the best of luck with your recruitment strategy.

YES - 2020 will be an amazing year for tele-sales and I'm looking forward to a phenomenal year at DigitalBGA. A company that practices those 5 key principles...

Just in mho - It's whomever that Agent believes is providing the best mix of those 5 core principles.

For me - I really have not seen anyone that can compare to Digital!!!
We must've posted at the same time. When I asked that question I didn't know who you were with. I suspected you were about to start recruiting. I've never heard a bad word about Digital.

OK np - you are correct that I am NOT recruiting anyone for anywhere...I'm strictly offering my opinion and educated insights after working in many top sales organizations in my career...
