I vote for Progressive! Got my car and home with them.

Mark I guess in your state they offer home and auto. In CA they only offer auto and motorcycle and others. Have you ever had a claim with them wonder how is there claim service?

You have to sell 24 "preferred" auto in 6 months to get the 15/12 commission right? All of my clean drivers want to package their home with the same company so it's a catch 22 on my end. I don't know if I will ever sell 4 preferred a month with them.

Yes, one a week where I'm at is tough. We have the same problem though people aren't concerned about who gets their home. We just find many times the package rate is superior.

Well with the car insurance, I had two car wrecks in 1 month. Since I've been with them for over 5 years, they didnt go up on my rates. They also gave me more than fair market value for my car.

As far as the home insurance, I dont know. Ive heard a lot of bad things about "Homestead" but they sold out to another company here in GA. Changed the name a little.

There were a lot cheaper then what I was paying. But I guess until I need them, I wont know if they are any good or not.

I think Progressive terminated their contract with Headstead, or who ever it was, they now use ASI, which I have, pretty decent company

Slapped a home, auto, motorhome package together today using Progressive on the vehicles. Saved the customer $700 a year over their current Hartford stuff.

Bobson was wondering where is the most of the $700 savings came from. My guess is on the auto insurance. Most home insurance is not that much off..maybe $100 up or down. Progressive can have good rates in different areas

sales, I just wrote a house from Liberty Mutual, was paying over $1500 a year, I got it for 1095.

There is a HUGE difference in auto and home in AZ

I have saved people 1000 a year from farmers a few times

$500 on vehicles, $200 on home. They are trying to be a player in my area. I'm not concerned about Progressive Direct, they are just another competitor. I think I have 2 carriers that won't sell out from under me. Progressive direct just advertises more.
