Pretty sure they're out there. If O.J. was not in prison, he could help look for them along with the real killer.

Certainly possible. I'm not questioning whether the vendor is breaking the law and getting fined because we know they are (and they should).

I'm looking for the truth concerning what liability falls on an agent that has purchased a lead from one of these vendors. I've read the FTC rule book quotes multiple times now and not seeing where a customer of a vendor company is responsible for the illegal method in which the lead was obtained.

So as I said, the search continues.
