i rarely talk to both spouses, it's usually always handled by one spouse and then, if i do talk to the other spouse it's at the time of application.
they email their questions or call with their questions.
i answer their questions.

I help people buy LTCi over the phone.
I provide them with a service to help them get the coverage that is suited for them.
All the talk about emailing back and forth... I imagine several people on this forum send health / underwriting questions in email and get responses in email too? HIPAA be damned...
