Just curious, how does one determine success in the life / health insurance industry. Is it the amount of business you write per year, is it the satisfaction you get from assisting your clients or is it the amount of commission you take home after each appointment? How is your success measured and normally, how long does your success last?

I am a believer in God and in Zig Ziglar. You can get everything you want in life, if you can just help people get what they want. I view success as helping other people out. Each time I help a client get into a better situation, even if it is not with me, I feel I have succeeded. I'd imagine most on this board feel the same way.
