SugarCRM Vs VTiger

Any updates to Sugarcrm vs vtiger? I'm starting my own agency and will primarily be selling P&C and Life. My old company used an ancient crm. So much of this is new to me.

Considering my product mix and the fact that I will be an army of 1, is Sugar better option?

I'm sure with either one, there will have to be good amount of customization.

VTiger has gained a bunch of more support, including mobile apps and a cleaner interface, but for the price you could easily try both to see which you prefer.

Yea vtiger looks pretty strong.

SugarCRM’s email integration is terrible. I got totally out of sync with my gmail account.

vtiger makes a very good job syncking with my gmail account.

So if you are going to send emails from your CRM, chose vtiger

As a recent web developer working on vTiger and after many headaches of trying to fix and customize the design and performance, I would go with Sugar.
