Surprise, Surprise, EFES Ignoring Me.

Amber I think there is some miscommunication here. Our policy is that as long as you don't have a lead balance or debt at the insurance carriers we will release. You can ask other agents such as Agent5Guy, Travis, JD and others we have released in the past as many of them are members of this forum. Call me tomorrow and I'd be happy to process the paperwork for you.

Thanks,
Chase

Actually, in order for me to get my wife's release all we had to was....

1. Pay off her unsecured debt
2. GO Back and Forth with the manager for weeks
3. Contact You
4. Get help from Travis... Thank you T!
5. Have another conversation with you
6. Then have a conversation with the BULLY I mean Manager so he could LIE to me AGAIN about how he didn't want to release her because I threatened to tell on him on this forum... It was the other way around! I threatened to tell on him after he made us JUMP THROUGH HOOPS and then WOULDN'T release her.

7 WEEKS IS TOO LONG FOR THIS NONSENSE

If I sounds Bitter it's because there is NO reason that any agent should have to go through all of this just to get 1 Americo release...

Last week I had an agent that gave me some bull#$% and without him even asking for the release, I faxed it over immediately... It literally took a few minutes...

Doug,
I apologized when I called you recently to get you taken care of for the delay. After you and I spoke your request was met. I apologize again for the delay.

Thanks,
Chase

This Joe C sounds like a real piece of work.

Would any of you recommend him after reading the weeks of post from people that have been captive under him?

Chase, there was a question if the kinda maybe releases were EFES or Manager's prerogative regardless of what upper management wants.

Can a manager grant or block a release?

Can upper management grant or block a release regardless of some Manager's wishes?

These assume no debt or someone else accepts the debt.

At forum point maybe.

I can't imagine any answer but yes to this question with any company and every IMO. How could it be any other way.

For instance if you "Wino" were contracted under BGG IMO and you had 10-agents under you. You field train them, spend time with them, co-op 50% of their lead cost and even throw them a couple gimme's every once in a while and one of your agents comes to BGG and says He wants a release...Should that be your decision or BGG's? The bad debt is going to roll up to you "Wino". Should BGG release the agent regardless of what you want?

No.. but on the other hand, they should not block an agent from being released if their immediate upline requests it but some do..

This is correct but at the same time we will always try and help the agent obtain a release as long as there is not a debt at the carrier or leads. I will never air individual cases on here in regards to those who may have had an issue getting a release because that would be unprofessional but there is always more than one side to what is posted. The bottom line for us as a company is that as long as we can finish up our agreement we will help facilitate a release. I welcome anyone in the forum that has an issue to contact me directly so I can address it.

My questions =

""Can a manager grant or block a release?

So they both should be yes? The manager can grant and EFES can block or EFES can grant but the manager can block. For any reason? Again assuming no debt. Doug's case is a good one.

Main reason I am asking is because I may have misunderstood what someone said earlier and it was pointed out to me. I think you guys take a lot of risk. Risk I am not willing to take. I once had $500 roll up to me and I lost my Fn mind. I can not fathom what you guys see.

On the other hand I want to know if I have a Americo, RNA, Oxford or whoever contract under XYZ agency and they grant a release can someone at an upper level block it just because they got their panties knotted.

Just for reference I think I have only asked for one release and Crump granted it with not question.

FWIW, Newby, I am not questioning you. You have been very up front that you grant releases. Same as Brad and Todd.

I am sure that is the case.

It does sound like you are trying to fix things and you are correct that we only hear one side of things.
