T65 Medicare Educational Seminar

10 am on a workday seems a stretch for 64-65 year olds who are still working. I know I could not have considered anything like that.

Just try different times and days and see what works best for you. I work with a guy who only does seminars on week nights at 6 ish or Saturday mornings.
I tried changing my days and time to mimic him and I hated it. If 6 people showed, 5 were still working. It was a waste to me.
My last seminar had 11 show and only 1 was still working. I prefer anytime between 10:30-1

I haven't done many seminars recently, but if you are targeting the Medicare crowd I would think daytime works best. In the 10:30 - 11:00 time slot like @Chazm suggested or 2 to 3PM. Neither time slots intersect with the lunch crowd or school buses.

Some folks used to target cafeterias that had a separate banquet room. Those were done later in the afternoon right before the early bird special.
