I dont know, but u can ask Greg at LH on this forum about telesales. All I can say is u might wanna read up on FE telesales before going that route....but maybe its for you, more then 1 way to skin a cat!

With a voice signature in CA off the top of my head:

American Memorial
Several more allow for mailouts but I'm assuming you're looking for a voice signature when you say telesales?

That's correct. However, I don't think Baltimore Life writes business in Cali.
Baltimore is in CA....................
