What is the treatment for the hypothyroid, if simply a med like Synthroid probably not an issue.
When and where was the tumor. Any treatment or surgery? give us a bit more history. Could also be a non issue
What state are you in.
On the face of this, this sounds like an easy case to write and place.

The ideal thing to do is for the agent to run it by an Underwriter. They will ask a series of questions and get an estimate. If she thinks that she was diagnosed over 10 years ago and it hasn't changed that is usually a go. If it is less than details will be needed to get a good answer. I had a client that their tumor was diagnosed over 10 years ago and it was no problem.

Ct brain was done 15 years ago and showed density
Mri brain was done in july and again 6 month later without any changes
Neurosurgeon said only observation
