And others you must continue to adapt and over come. This is a SNAFU business. I have been in the lead procurement business for 14 years and will be in it for another 10. I and my sales people work my leads, always have always will.

My guess would be smaller over rides, less recruiting, less over all emphasis vs. other insurance biz (life, FE).

Ha Ha, I see what you did there.
I agree and on a small scale it can be done, just like you I have a few agents here and few agents there and an agency here and an agency there, and it works fine, but when you try to go to the next level it is a mad house, Unless you personally screen every agent that buys it can be FUBAR.
To each is own and good for you. It is all a means to an end.
