I had a case rated up to Standard from Preferred due to a history of insulin use.

The applicant got off of insulin six months ago, and Tommy helped me get it switched back to Preferred.

Thanks again, Tommy -- like AgentGuy5 and many others say, this is why we need to preferentially work with carriers that will go to bat for producers and keep an open line of communication with their producers.
