Right you are. My husband and a bunch of his colleagues have attended a lot of seminars and webinars for CPAs, to learn the tax portion of this law. It's mind boggling. Mind you, these CPAs are a lot smarter than I am, and they are just trying to wrap their head around the details.

After OEP season comes vacation season. In the words of Joe Walsh "leave a message maybe I'll call"............
I started cruise shopping. There's one out of Galveston on the 19th. Not kidding. I am taking a well earned day off

That doesn't sound like you, HouCoogster. You helped a lot of them iron out post-enrollment issues after 2014 OE Season ended.

Nooooo..its one day of a "closed" office. Its the best. The boat doesn't pull out til 5pm Thursday, so you can work til then. I'm closed on Friday. Pulls back in at 8am on Monday. So that's a work day. Its my favorite!

I'll still help them....The Lawyer in the office next door to me does taxes, has for years, his Dad was a CPA. Although if the IRS makes a boondoggle of this subsidy situation with all their wacky @ss forms it will cost my clients money and that they will not be happy about. But what can I do ?..........................
