The gravity of the dollar amounts in this state-by-state/company-by-company CMS Stabilization Report escape me. But members of the actuary forum (yes, they have one too, LOL) are calling some of the numbers shocking

Some 85% of the 10.2 million Obamacare enrollees receive federal subsidies, which keep their premiums to no more than 9.6% of their income.
Urban Institute researchers estimate around 2.6 million lost their existing coverage.
Apparently in their world Obamacare policies are only those purchased through the exchange.
