Ha, funny, not funny.

Last week I decided to clean my gutters. My extention ladder has this big stand out thing on top to hold the ladder away from the wall when painting. The damn thing makes it really top heavy.
So I didn't want to lower it to move it so I just kinda muscled it along. At one point I had to kinda balance it straight up and push through some tree branches. In my mind. I have my old ass tangled in the rungs trying to balance it and keeping it from going over. I am sure I looked ridiculous stumbling around.

It was kinda funny after the fact.

Lighting ran in on our refrigerator a couple of nights ago. I was trying to check it out in a squat position. As I went to stand up my knees collapsed and I fell in the floor. My leg must have folded up underneath me. Broke it just above the ankle. Right now am wearing a boot.
