This is a serious disease. People are dying everyday. More people everyday. Everyone should stay home and enjoy their families for the next month or so, or else a lot of families won't have any joy in a month or so.

Notice, its builders and recruiters telling us to go out in the field, while most of the producers I know have called a time out. I know @NAF1138 stayed in this week and has taken to working on his telesales skills.

The unmitigated greed of some folks in this business has shocked me this week.

If you really see no issue in this while half the country is in lockdown and to use this situation to bring up their own mortality while at the same time putting them in danger, I don't know what to tell you. Definitely says a lot about you as a person.

I know not all of them. For example, @HoosierLife has been encouraging his agents to purchase the less expensive state-wide FB leads and to pursue telesales. That's a smart move.

But there are some other folks on FB that would make your head blow to listen to them.

I do understand the hardship of falling or zero income. That is why I am 100% behind Trump's plan to put about $3000 a month in the hands of families with children. We simply cannot let what happened in 2008/9 happen again.

He is also telling banks to work with folks so they don't have to pay the mortgage for a bit without it getting reported to the credit bureaus. Imagine how much better off we'd have been if Obama/Biden had done that instead of letting millions of Americans get tossed from their homes.

I hope Trump has the stones to stand his ground against the establishment Republicans and follows through.

I worked for the Census Bureau before as a lister (canvasser) verifying addresses. The hours were flexible and it paid a high hourly rate. But it's tough working in the extreme heat and rain. Wear sunscreen and drink lots of Gatorade, not just water!

My uncle is working for them now as a clerk in the regional field office. He's off for the next two weeks wth pay, due to the delays. I'm glad as he's almost 70 and the office is in a county that's a "hotspot" for coronavirus.

Yeah I had to build out a fledgling telesales platform basically overnight.

Thanks to @DigitalBGA.com for their direction.

Nothing close to their platform, but I've got a Dialer with sms, email drip campaigns and automations built in when the agent dispositions the call.

Video training for our agents as well on how to set it up and operate.

It's the end of the world when I'm recommending telesales :/
